BEAT THE HEAT β€” STAY SAFE!

Drink water regularly, even if you don't feel thirsty.
Limit alcohol and excessive caffeine, which can lead to dehydration.

❄️ Stay Cool

Spend as much time as possible in air-conditioned spaces.
Visit libraries, malls, or community cooling centers if needed.
Take cool showers or baths to lower your body temperature.

Schedule outdoor activities for early morning or evening.
Reduce strenuous physical activity during the hottest part of the day.

Wear lightweight, loose-fitting, light-colored clothing.
